TRANSPORTATION SIGN-UP
If you would like to have our transportation team from THE REACH UNITED pick you up for one of the various services throughout the week, please fill out the form below in its entirety and one of our transportation team members will contact you to arrange pick up with you!
The Reach collects applications for transportation on the following schedule:
a) If you're requiring transportation for High on Hope on Thursdays, please submit your request no later than Wednesday at 10pm.
b) If you're requiring transportation for our Sunday Morning and Sunday Evening services, you must submit the form by Friday at 10pm.
c) For special services where transportation is provided, we will collect transportation requests until 24 hours before the event starts.
You are required to sign up for each service that you are needing transportation to. There is not an option to select reoccurring. It is the responsibility of the person requesting transportation to cancel any rides that they may have previously scheduled. The Reach United implements a system for last minute cancellations or no shows as follows:
a) Cancelling your pick up or drop off within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up or drop off.
b) Not cancelling or not coming out when transportation arrives at your residence.
c)Not arranging that you will not need transportation home from service on the transportation form.
In the event that you have more than 3 of the above occurrences in any order you will be removed from the transportation pick up list for 30 days. On the second lapse of pick ups due to 3 more occurrences you will be removed from the transportation list for 60 days. On the third lapse of pick ups due to occurrences you will be removed from the transportation list for six months.
It is also the policy that if you are scheduled for a transportation pick up, you :
a) Be ready 1.5 hours prior to service starting. Depending on the length of pick ups, it could be anywhere in that time frame. (Please do not ask in church chats when the
transportation van will be there. It is hard to give an exact time.)
b) You will be given a 4 minute window to get into the transportation van once it arrives at your residence before it leaves for the next stop. Transportation is on a very
strict schedule.
c) Do not ask the transportation driver to make any other stops. They have a route and schedule that they need to follow.
It is also the policy that if you are scheduled for a ride home from services, you:
a) Pack up promptly after service and head to the transportation van to load up to begin the ride home.
b) Do not ask the transportation van to make any unscheduled stops other than to drop you at your residence.
